First, we sit down together to understand what information you want to store about your leads and customers, and how you want to use it.

This is things like:

• • If you have specific custom terms you use (like record IDs or client codes)
  • If you or your team has specific ways they need to use information (like CSV exports, or PDF reports)

This is also when we can talk budget for the solution you are after.

2. DONE FOR YOU, WITH INPUT

From this point, I'll take the requirements we've outlined and provide you with a guide to recommended tools. 

You'll have the opportunity to review my recommendations and select from the recommendations provided to continue on with setup. 

Then comes project planning. I'll put together a project plan outlining how I'll go about getting your CRM in place. This will be in my project management tool, so you have total visibility. 

3. ADMIN & TEAM TRAINING

To make sure you and your team feel ready to rock and roll, I'll book training sessions in to go over what has been implemented, why and how to interact with it moving forward.
